Managing Debtors is always a pain - however our system also monitors your receipts and payments, this is the screen that allows you to both enter receipts of money - or teh reverse of that - refunding money.

When entering receipts our system checks basic items - does the client selected have outstanding monies, what was their last known bank account details (this saves a lot of data entry time), whether the payment is EFT, Cash or cheque this system allows you to quickly document receipts and then allocate then automatically or invoice by invoice.
