Agreement

An agreement is the record of how you have introduced an employer to a candidate. This screen allows you to see all your current agreements, and also records from at least 2 years ago. Its a great tool that can even allow you to then market the clients you used to do business with - but aren't now. Time to get some more clients and who better than ones who already know you!

Side function keys allow you to clone similar agreements so not to waste time, create invoices for Permanent Placements, Direct Hires, send marketing letters, emails or even chase up accounts. Want to enter some comments to be remembered? Who did the placement and when did the letters go out - its all here, in one screen. Want to find out all the placement with one client or perhaps how many times you have placed that applicant, even which consultants did what - its all there in the search functions.
